I am building a no-gimmicks tract. Nothing catchy except, ohhh, sayy... the promise of reconciliation with God and an eternal life with Him forever.

! The Idea

The approach of this version is to find verses that boild the Gospel down into one verse. I got these examples from a messageboard, and I'm in a hurry, but more suggestions are welcome.

! The .doc

[Here.|http://panoptic.com/rking/file/up/C-Documents-and-Settings-SiteKiosk-My-Documents-GospelInOneVerse.doc] - Print, flip appropriately, print the back, then cut into 4 per page. (Note: It can be tricky to figure out how to flip, but there are at most 3 wrong attempts before you get it right, as long as you record the axis/axes flipped).

! The Verses

"The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life." - Romans 6:23

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting Life." - John 3:16

"This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief." - 1 Timothy 1:15

"He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." - 2 Cor. 5:21.

"Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins." - I John 4:10

"For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit," - 1 Peter 3:18
