Job(Edit)

The story of Job (when pronounced it rhymes with "lobe") is essential.

• The first two chapters are the background (short version: Job was a prosperous, righteous man, and God allowed Job to lose his wealth, family, and health).
• The bulk of the chapters are Job and his contemporaries talking about the meaning of his affliction.
• Chapter 38-41 are God's response
• Chapter 42 is the epilogue: Job's humility and God restoration of Job's life.
