IRC [14:22] <cnk> Thanks (in absentia) cbowman! I should have looked at my old config file more closely. Loading nsdb.so in the modules section instead of trying to directly load nsoracle.so cured our init problem.
IRC [14:23] <cnk> I am still a little concerned about the warnings we were getting during compile. But next step is do some testing. Then go back and read the source to see if I can figure out what the warnings mean - and what an appropriate test would be

IRC [15:01] <Dossy> the compile-time warnings are probably just bad coding practice, not necessarily bugs.
IRC [15:01] <Dossy> I'd be happy to work on eliminating the warnings if I find the time to install Oracle on my dev env.
