IRC [19:10] <jim> - change to makefile to add options to set libpath and includepath separately, and to use pg_config, either the one reachable in current user's path, or one specified by any specific path to pg_config
IRC [19:11] <jim> - change to nspostgres.c to add information to error messages emanating from call to PQExec(). The information added, is what status was returned...\

IRC [19:17] <jim> as well as others. purpose is to tell programmers exactly what status was returned by the database, as the ns calls translate those into its form without saying what the untranslated return code was.
