IRC [16:07] <jpastore> hola!
IRC [16:08] <jpastore> dossy I got everything worked out thanks for helping me the other night
IRC [16:08] <jpastore> I do have a question
IRC [16:08] <jpastore> I want to configure the server to listen on a host name I created
IRC [16:08] <jpastore> and it doesn't seem to be cooperating...not sure if this is an aolserver or project open problem...
IRC [16:09] <Dossy> jpastore: cool, congrats :)
IRC [16:10] <Dossy> depends. what do you mean? :)
IRC [16:10] <jpastore> the reason is that I'm starting aolserver with with a switch to read in a config from the project open folder...I thought all I had to was modify the set hostname line
IRC [16:10] <Dossy> actually, I can't really get into it now--I'm packing to go away this weekend
IRC [16:10] <Dossy> maybe Monday?
IRC [16:10] <jpastore> no problem
IRC [16:10] <jpastore> have a good weekend then
IRC [16:10] <Dossy> oh. look for nssock
IRC [16:10] <jpastore> oh ok
IRC [16:11] <jpastore> ns_param hostname $hostname ?
IRC [16:11] <Dossy> no
IRC [16:11] <Dossy> perhaps I'm not understanding what you're trying to do
IRC [16:11] <Dossy> perhaps give an example :)
IRC [16:11] <jpastore> i see nssock but it's loading the .so
IRC [16:12] <jpastore> you know what I'll come back in on monday...have a good weekend dude
IRC [16:12] <Dossy> thanks
IRC [16:12] <jpastore> if I can figure it out I will ...you've been awesome so far... =)
