IRC [17:10] <tekbasse> I've never done it. I use a reverse proxy. Originally, virtual hosts couldn't be brought down and up separately, but now apparently they can, so the benefits of using a reverse proxy are less significant now

IRC [18:19] <tekbasse> yeah, quirky, I think it's a safe guard to protect the system.. I always create backups from root on apple systems to avoid missing protected files.
